A. Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we can not offer Express shipping to these locations or package tracking, and some restrictions may apply. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

A. Processing time for in-stock items is 1 business day. Standard delivery is averaging 3-5 business days; priority shipping is 2-3 days, and express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you.

A. Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used. We offer free samples so you can avoid the hassles of trying and then returning. We want you to be satisfied. You must email sales(at)supps4you.biz or use our contact form and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
